Jeff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and spent his career at Texas Instruments and Raytheon. With 40+ years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, information services, and over 100 projects generating $30M+ in growth, Jeff brings a practical, executive-level approach to elevating businesses.

After retiring, he transitioned into management consulting, supporting current and aspiring leaders. His consulting framework focuses on four pillars every organization must master:

Michele Branyan

Michele earned her degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Texas and built an exceptional career in the nonprofit sector before retiring. Throughout her work, she supported more than 50 women-owned nonprofit organizations. She is also certified in Mailchimp Email Marketing and Automation, as well as a certified grant writer.

As consultants, we found ourselves repeatedly guiding clients through the same core methods and leadership tools.
