Jeffrey Branyan

Jeff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and spent his career at Texas Instruments and Raytheon. After retirement, he transitioned into management consulting, supporting current and aspiring leaders in driving growth, profitability, and strategic impact.

Michele Branyan

Michele earned her degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Texas. Before retiring, she worked extensively in the nonprofit sector. She is certified in Mailchimp Email Marketing and Automation as well as a certified grant writer.

As consultants, we noticed we were repeatedly covering the same methods and skills with clients. To streamline our support and expand our impact, we launched EXECUTOOLS—a membership community for forward-thinking executives, business owners, organizational leaders, and emerging professionals. Our program offers mentorship, actionable tools, and a supportive network to help members strengthen their leadership skills and grow with confidence. We’re deeply passionate about empowering others to thrive both personally and professionally.
